Attindas Hygiene Partners Acquires SILC

Attindas Hygiene Partners announced the acquisition of SILC (Societa Italiana Lavorazione Cellulosa) on Jan 9^th, 2026.

SILC S.p.A. is a 53-year-old, family-owned company which serves customers throughout Europe with high-quality, absorbent hygiene and skin care products, produced at its manufacturing facility 22 miles southeast of Milan, in Trescore Cremasco.

This acquisition strengthens Attindas's position in the European market by adding SILC's manufacturing (Trescore Cremasco, Italy) and strong retail/institutional channels, expanding its portfolio of private label and branded goods.
